Landwaves, Inc. is the development arm of Double E Northwest, Inc., a company that has had its roots in Newport since 1991, and whose founder began sailing Yaquina Bay and across the
bar into blue water in 1980. Double E companies are stewards of about 3000 acres of land in Lincoln County including sustainably-managed timber, a future business and science park,
a future eco-resort and golf course and the Cabot Run 2-acre lot subdivision at Lost Creek.
