The homes at Wilder have been designed to maximize the living experience. Houses sit on 3,400 to 12,000 square-foot lots. Many lots are sized for family homes that builders will present as semi-customized to accommodate the way you live. Builders will offer styles and floor plans that feel right for a coastal village.
Single family homes can also focus on universal living. One-story houses make accessibility and aging in place easy. With all living spaces on one floor, residents and guests have the ability to use all the rooms to make their house a home.
Wilder homes are zoned to allow for Accessory Dwelling Units. ADUs are self contained smaller living areas built on the same lot as a single family home. These “granny flats” or “carriage houses” could be used for multi-generational living, house guests, or supplemental rent income.
At Wilder, cottages are a more open alternative to condominiums. These 1200 square-foot homes provide the privacy and personal space of detached housing, along with manageable spaces and yards that are easy to maintain. Built in clusters, cottages offer the charm of a smaller community within the larger Wilder neighborhood.
Custom, or estate-sized, lots are also available at Wilder. Three of the Oregon Coast’s best builders (Blue Mountain Contractors, Fowler Homes and Oksenholt Construction) are available to build your dream home.
